HOW DOES IT WORK?

DIRECT SUPPLY OF FLOORING MATERIALS

FOR ALL TYPES OF PROJECTS

This program is ideal for all commercial and residential builders, GCs and, especially, for companies that build, at least, two luxury homes per year with each home needing a minimum of 2000 to 3500 sqf of natural stone on floors / walls

Ideal order is a full load: Approx. 6000 to 8200 sqf. However, quotes for lower quantites will be provided

No stock obligation: buy only when you need the material for your project

Only materials with the same country of origin can be mixed together. There is no limit in how many colors you can mix

When the order is ready, you will be presented with Master Samples and a Digital Presentation for approval prior to shipping. This is the correct procedure per M.I.A (Marble Institute of America) when dealing with Natural Stones

ORDERING:

•PPI is a TRUE DIRECT BUYING SOURCE for the builder, GC, architect, project owner and NOT for the homeowner or end user

•PPI is not a design center but the producing factory. We will give a quote for your material once you know exactly what you want to order

•One material may have different names in the market; we will provide you with digital pictures and live samples for your clients to approve before we confirm your order

•Unlike manmade materials, Natural Stone samples will be used for representation purposes only. Under no circumstances can Natural Stones be duplicated; movement, shade, color combination will always be different

•Materials offered WILL ALWAYS BE OF PREMIUM SELECTION. Unless specifically requested otherwise by the project owner, PPI neither encourages nor suggests the delivery of standard quality materials

PREPARING FOR DELIVERY:

•Freight, customs clearance, duty, and load delivery for unloading at a docking ramp of your choice at final destination are included in the price

•Loads must be unloaded within 2 hours from arrival. It takes about 30 minutes to unload a 20’ palletized load with a forklift

•Job site delivery is an additional cost and may not be available due to local restrictions

•Approximate quantities in a load are (different nationwide destinations have different cargo weight restrictions) :

•12” x 12” 7900 - 8200 sqf

•18” x 18” 7200 - 7600 sqf

•24” x 24” 5900 - 6200 sqf
